Phase I (37 homes) of these designer showcase homes will begin to be ready for a November 2018 move-in (list of currently available homes at bottom of page).  The Courts at Brynwood by W.B. Homes is an upscale townhome neighborhood located within Lower Providence Township and nestled between the quaint villages of Collegeville and Skippack.  And the development is located within the highly desirable Methacton School District.  This picturesque new construction neighborhood will be comprised of a total of 139 luxury townhomes and will feature a beautiful central park area, fenced-in tot lot, plentiful green space, and views of the surrounding wooded space.

The on-site salespeople staffing the model home represent the builder/seller – W.B.
