Monroe Court Townhomes

Monroe Court is a planned community of townhome-style homes located in the heart of the Perkiomen Valley – Skippack Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  The townhome community is situated on 25+ acres and was built between 2004 and 2006.  The mailing address for these homes is Collegeville and therefore uses the Collegeville zip code of 19426.  Click on Collegeville and Skippack to learn more about these quaint and peaceful towns.  The Monroe Court Homeowner Association website tells an interesting story about the history of Monroe Court – a must see.

The community is made up of approximately 160 townhomes and is governed by the Monroe Court Homeowners Association (HOA), regulating and administering the by-laws and policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community.

Public school children in Monroe Court attend the Perkiomen Valley School District.  Skippack Elementary is within walking distance and the Perkiomen Valley Middle School East and Perkiomen Valley High School, along Gravel Pike (Rt 29), is not much farther.  The Skippack Township municipal building and Palmer Park are also in walking distance.  Palmer Park is well known for its open space, walking trails and 4th of July fireworks. With so many playgrounds, athletic fields, open spaces, and walking trails nearby, Monroe Court residents have loads of choices for weekend and warm weather enjoyment.

There are numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options for Monroe Court residents. The King of Prussia Mall, the Plymouth Meeting Mall, the Coventry Mall, the Montgomeryville Mall, and the relatively new Providence Town Center are all within a 25 minute drive.  There’s also the Philadelphia Outlets along Rt 422 in Limerick – just 15 minutes away. And then there are the quaint shoppes of Skippack Village, Collegeville and Phoenixville – all offering a variety of dining and shopping experiences.

How else do Monroe Court residences spend their time when not at school or work? They can attend any one of a number of places of worship in and around the Perkiomen Valley, they can catch a movie at the Movie Tavern (Providence Town Center), they can volunteer to assist at the Food Pantry (Collegeville), they can walk, jog or ride a bike on the Perkiomen Valley Trail, or they can simply relax on their porch and enjoy the crisp country air.

This another one of our favorite restaurants located outside the town of Skippack.  A very quaint and charming setting perfect for that special occasion.  Excellent food and service.
