The community is made up approx. 160 townhomes and is governed by the Monroe County Homeowners Association (HOA), regulating and administering the by-laws and policies of the planned community for the benefit and enjoyment of all owners and occupiers of the community.
Public school children in Monroe Court attend the Perkiomen Valley School District. Skippack Elementary is within walking distance and the Perkiomen Valley Middle School East and Perkiomen Valley High School, along Gravel Pike (Rt 29), is not much farther. The Perkiomen Townhip municipal building and park are also in walking distance. With so many playgrounds, athletic fields and open spaces nearby, Monroe Court residents have loads of choices for weekend and warm weather enjoyment.

And now Whole Foods is coming to town in the fall of 2017. There’s also the Philadelphia Outlets along Rt 422 in Limerick – just 10 minutes away. And then there are the quaint shoppes of Skippack Village, Collegeville and Phoenixville – all offering a variety of dining and shopping experiences.
